I can't comprehend why Indians are not preferred? The reason can't be religion because India has a lot of citizens following Islam ... Can any one show some light on the hidden reasons.

Don't be angry. Oil will not last forever. A day not far away these muslims will need to show how much they are worth without. Not much I'm sure.

How would they differentiate between Pakistanis, Bangladeshis, Sri Lankas with Indians? And what about Indians from places like Malaysia (my father was offered a job in Dubai, and another in Abu Dhabi), Singapore, South Africa, etc.?

I'm not sure why we there is this need to keep trashing socialism without at first asking why is it that 80% of the globe turned to socialism/ marxism/ communism in the 20th century. It is worth noting that the 20% of societies that did not turn to some form of socialism were colonialist, imperialistis states. And this observation would hold true for Japan, as it does for Western Europe.

As far as this ad is concerned, the UAE has an expatriate population which is almost 75% of its total population. Yes, that figure is correct - citizens form only 25% of UAE's total population of approx 5 million. Expatriates from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Iran are estimated at nearly 40 per cent while the rest include other Arabs, Westerners, Africans and Asians. Wonder if this ad narrowly targets Indians or all south asians.

Surrounded by Muslim and Communist countries, India will have to become extremely strong economically and militarily to survive. Judging by the performance of Indians here in the U.S., India has the ability. Now you need to execute (without falling into the populist socialism trap, again.)
