Growing up in Andheri (west) in Mumbai, I often visited Arasa Shopping Center. Everything there is fake; although I must admit I did my fair share of purchasing there when I was growing up because I couldn't afford the real thing.

But India is becoming the hub of software, biotech, and pharmaceutical research. If we Indians want the world to respect and protect our intellectual property, maybe its time for us to start respecting everyone elses. Then again, maybe its the intellectual property lawyer in me talking.

Yes, in some ways it's funny that this story is appearing at the same time as the emergence of Pastafarianism as a serious religion in the U.S. :))

Way to go. With the current leader of the world in science tilting towards "intelligent" "science" (with Darwin on the defensive, the prescient Onion warns us that Copernicus, Newton and Galileo may be the next targets), somebody has to pick up the baton and keep the science going.
