What bull!!. Even if you are doing shitty work, as long as you are documenting it, you will get "ISO" certification. And Indian airports world class? C'mon. I would care the least if a toilet is rotten as compared to the unknowns as to if I will be alive on the plane to & from these airports. I am tending to believe that nothing is specifically wrong with AAI, just that is been badly managed by the people at the top (read politicians). My 2 cents. ISO is just another method of keeping documentation ( my understanding as a Finance guy ).Even if u render service /produce goods which are substandard , as long as the ISO documentation norms are complied with u r a ISO.
