It is full of people's first hand experiences, including problems and success stories, as well as practical advice on how to go about filing RTI applications. As with any yahoogroup, you might have to spend some time searching to find what you need. Or you can simply post a query, and wait for people to reply. Also see my posting on RTI (<a href="http://sidshome1.blogspot.com/2005/10/on-right-to-information-rti-in-india.html" rel="nofollow">here</a>).
